What we collect
When you create a page, we store what you type into the form: business name, trade, city, your cell number, service area ZIP codes, hours, price ranges, and FAQs. That's what renders on your public page.
When a visitor submits your page's contact form, we store what they typed: name, phone, ZIP, the service they want, and their message. Those are your leads, and they land on your dashboard.
We also keep simple counts per page, per day: how many times the page loaded, how many ZIP checks came back yes or no, how many times pricing was viewed. Those are aggregate numbers, not tied to any individual visitor.
What we don't collect
No accounts, no passwords, no cookies, and no third-party analytics or ad trackers on any page. Your dashboard is reached with a private link that contains an access token; we store only a one-way hash of that token, never the token itself, so we can't reconstruct your link from what's in the database.
Rate limiting
To keep the contact form and area checker from being spammed, we keep a short-lived count of requests per IP address (grouped by network block for IPv6). Those counters are cleared automatically after two days and are used only to cap request volume. They are never linked to the leads or pages you create.
Reports
The "report this page" link lets anyone flag a business page as wrong or abusive. We store what was reported and why, not who reported it, aside from the same short-lived rate-limit counter described above.
Deleting your data
Business owners can delete their page at any time from their dashboard. Deleting a page removes its leads and view counts immediately. Reports filed about a page are kept for operator review even after the page itself is deleted, so a takedown can't be used to erase the record of why it happened.
Sharing
We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. Leads submitted through a business's page go only to that business's own dashboard, for their own use replying to the customer.
